Our client in Hudson is looking for Extrusion Operators to join their team!

Shift

• 2nd Shift Monday - Friday 2:45 PM to 11:00 PM
• A production meeting is held every Wednesday from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM unless stated otherwise

Pay

• $19.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Setting up of extrusion lines. This means setting up the tooling, vacuum tank, hopper, cooling trough, program puller,

cutter, coiler, etc.

• Maintaining the extrusion line. This could include resizing the product if non-conforming, filling the hopper, and

making boxes as needed

• Ensuring product is conforming to documented specifications
• Packaging and labeling of product by filling carton labels, poly-bag and heat seat, taping boxes and applying labels
• Must clean up extrusion line and maintain a clean and organized work space

Requirements

• Clean BG
• Pass DT
• Previous extrusion experience
• Can lift up to 50 lbs
• A complete understanding of automatic coiler processes, as well as coiler operations and packaging procedures
• Understanding of tolerances
• Knowledge of concentricity, weight, surface, and many more non conformances
• Knowledge of calipers, step gages, tolerances, bench mic. and measuring tape to measure OD, ID, and wall when

appropriate
